Currently Deputy CEO of ONEXIM Group, joined in September 2008. Prior to
that, Mr. Charlier was Director of Strategic Development and M&A at
Norilsk Nickel from 2002 to 2004. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Charlier was Vice
President of LV Finance, a corporate finance and venture capital boutique
in Moscow. Prior to that, Mr. Charlier worked in the Investment Banking
Group of Renaissance Capital in Moscow and in the M&A Group of JP Morgan
in New York. Mr. Charlier graduated cum laude with a BSE in Finance from
the Wharton School and a BA in International Relations from the College of
Arts & Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania.
Currently Director for Investments of ONEXIM Group. Joined ONEXIM Group in March 2008. Prior to that Valery was Director for Business
Development at Sibur Holding, SR BU. In 2001-2007 Valery was consultant with McKinsey & Company where he worked on various projects in
Russia and Western Europe focusing on strategy development, M&A, and performance management. Valery holds an MBA degree from London Business
School and M.S. in International Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs.
Samir Mastaki joined ONEXIM group in May 2008. His previous experience includes work in Capital Markets and Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in
both New York and London, where he focused on project finance, infrastructure, M&A and hybrid capital raising transactions. Samir graduated cum Laude with a double
major in Economics and Russian from Middlebury College.
Alexey serves the Board as technology and market expert in the field
of optoelectronic semiconductor devices. In a position of CTO he
currently oversees the operation and product development at
Innolume, a world-leading Quantum Dot laser manufacture. Alexey has
an extensive multicultural management experience working in
high-tech organizations over the globe, including Russia, Taiwan,
Germany and the USA. He is known in the compound semiconductor
community for his contributions in development of semiconductor
quantum dot technology which has been recognized by a half dozen
Scientific Awards from various institutions. He has more than 400
scientific publications. He graduated from the Chair of Nobel Prize
Laureate Professor Alferov at the State Electrical Engineering
University in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1996 and received his PhD
from the Ioffe Institute in 1999.
