Founders and Management
Optogan Oy was founded 2004 in Espoo by Vladislav Bougrov, Maxim
Odnoblyudov, and Alexey Kovsh, graduates from Ioffe Institute /
Chair of Nobel Prize Laureate Professor Alferov. Optogan GmbH
incorporated 2005 in Dortmund. Dynamic management of Optogan
possesses a unique combination of business and technical skills.
Dr. Maxim Odnoblyudov, General Director and CEO of Optogan Group
Born in 1973 in St.Petersburg, Russia. Maxim graduated from the Chair of Nobel Prize Laureate Professor Alferov at the State Electrical Engineering University in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1996 and received his PhD from the Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute in Russia in 1998. He has an extensive experience in physics of semiconductors and semiconductor devices gained during his work in a number of Universities and Research Centers worldwide and was involved in development of III-nitride device technology for leading global LED chip manufactures.
Dr. Vladislav Bougrov, Managing Director of Optogan Group
Vladislav graduated from the Department of
Optoelectronics founded and headed by Nobel Prize
Laureate Professor Zhores Alferov at the St.Petersburg
Electrotechnical University "LETI", Russia in 1996. He
received his PhD from the Ioffe Physico-Technical
Institute, St.Petersburg, Russia in 1999. He has an
extensive experience in physics of semiconductors and
semiconductor optoelectronics devices gained during his
work in a number of Research Center worldwide. Since
1994, Vladislav is involved in development of
III-nitride device technology for leading global LED
chip manufactures.
